BCU / UKCC Level 2 Assessment
A 1 day course designed to assess paddlers with BCU/UKCC Level 2 Training who have completed their consolidation period.
We understand that assessments can be very stressful, so we aim to make them has painless as we can, by being relaxed and approachable.
Rest assured we do not try to catch you out and we know the level of each of the awards intimately – so no horror stories!!
We consider all assessments to be further learning and whilst giving you a fair assessment conducted in a professional manner, we hope you go away with lots of new ideas and ways to progress with your coaching further.
Before booking make sure you have the necessary pre-requisites including a stamped CR form, completed portfolio, Safeguarding Course attendance, logbook, CPD module (or alternative three star) and a letter from your mentor stating you are ready for this assessment.
The Portfolio is an integral part of your assessment - it is designed to prepare you for this assessment – the more work you put in, the more prepared you’ll be!

and return it to Whitlingham Outdoor Education Centre, Whitlingham Lane, Trowse, Norwich NR14 8TR.
They will then invoice you for the required amount and send you joining instructions.
