Introduction to Freestyle Kayaking
This course is designed to advance your white water skills into becoming confident and controlled on freestyle features. By working on your confidence on surfing waves and holes, the fundamentals of freestyle will be developed.

Non Residential or Full Board at Ffynnon Wen.
Full board course is inclusive of meals and accommodation at Ffynnon Wen for the two days and use of all equipment. Transport is not included. There is an option for B&B before or after the course.
