Plas Dol-y-Moch is hidden away in the the Ffestiniog valley of North West Wales, within the beautiful Snowdonia National Park.

It is an established LEA Centre with great facilities and lovely staff - in fact, everything you need for a great Getafix course!

The historical main building at one time belonged to the Electricity Board, who created a small lake for hydro-electric generation. This has now been enlarged to make a perfect spot for flat-water skills. Running along the boundary of the centre is the Dwyryd River, which leads into the Dwyryd Estuary - arguably the most beautiful in the country, taking in the sights of Portmieirion (where they made The Prisoner). Paddling here is an adventure which feels like you are paddling across a desert...

Onsite accommodation for our courses is a lovely yurt with wood burner, 'story chair' and cooking facilities, sand it's a sort walk to the local pub.

See their website for more about the place, or book onto the course and see it for yourself!
