While there are no pre-requisites for this course we think you should have plenty of white water experience under your belt in order to make the most of your time with us. You should be comfortable in a variety of rivers with different flows, volumes and gradients - you'll be experiencing all North Wales Rivers have to offer.

To get the best out of these courses, we've made it week long. With accommodation and water fees included, all you need to pay for is food and your certificate fee.
