2 Day (16hr) Outdoor First Aid plus Emergency First Aid at Work - REC Level 2

Two for the price of one – our 16-hour course is designed for anyone who works outdoors, it meets all adventure sport NGB requirements as well as giving you an Emergency First Aid at Work qualification.  Hands-on and pragmatic. In addition to many other things, the course covers:

• basic life support and defibs
• primary survey issues
• secondary survey issues
• medical problems – including diabetes, seizures, strokes, heart problems, anaphylaxis, etc.
• traumatic injuries – including chest trauma, major bleeds, bone and joint injuries, wounds, etc.
• spinal injuries 
• drowning
• environmental issues – both hot and cold
